Scope

    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders on our online shop.

    Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.

    Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

      The purchase contract is concluded with Zita Quinn, QM Jewellery, Im Krummen Arm 7, 28203 Bremen.

      The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by submitting them in the order process and explained correction aids. By clicking the “Pay now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been placed.

      By ordering the desired goods, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The offer is accepted in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within 30 working days. If the acceptance is not made within this period, the offer is considered rejected.

      Refusal and restriction of orders

        We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion. These restrictions may include orders from or under the same customer account, the same credit card and / or orders with the same billing and / or delivery address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting the email and / or billing address / phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit the amount of products we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at our sole discretion at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. Any offer for products on this website is invalid unless prohibited.

              Terms of delivery

                We deliver free of charge worldwide. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible. The delivery takes place latest within 30 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

                  The following payment methods are available in our shop:

                  When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is debited.

                  PayPal

                  In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.                   Sofort by Klarna

                  After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount immediately, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

                  Google Pay

                  In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will get more information during the ordering process.

                  Shop Pay

                  In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Shop Pay, you must be registered with the Shopify service provider, have activated the Shop Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will get more information during the ordering process.

                  Eps transfer

                  In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via eps bank transfer, your bank must support this procedure. After selecting your bank, you will be connected to your bank's online banking. After successful registration and approval via TAN or electronic signature, the payment transaction is carried out.                   Retention of title

                    The goods remain our property until full payment.

                    Warranties and guarantees

                      The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

                      Right of Withdrawal for consumers

                      You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

                      The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

                      If you cancel this contract, we will repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

                      We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

                      You must return the goods no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

                      You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
